Mobile Team Lead
Location: Pierce and King County, WA – Supporting All Mobile & Clinic Locations!
Reports To: Mobile Clinic Administration
Salary Range: $85,000 Annually

We Care Daily Clinics (WCDC) is a warm, welcoming, and modern facility that provides treatment for addiction in a person-centered environment located in Auburn. WCDC seeks to renew hope and purpose for those battling opioid use by removing barriers, providing a holistic approach to recovery, and utilizing evidence-based treatment to restore healthy living. Our top priority is to provide the highest levels of patient-centered care to those we serve.
WCDC is an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) facility using FDA approved medication paired with behavioral health counseling. Our individual service plans are built around patients in a supportive, safe environment to create a personalized pathway to recovery. In addition to recovery, we also offer planned patient transportation and family and social support.
What You'll Do:
Act as the frontline leader at the mobile clinic, directing operations and ensuring smooth workflows.
Be the first point of contact for team members needing support or assistance with daily tasks.
Manage traffic flow and ensure comfortable, efficient service for every member.
Lead and support mobile team members, collaborating with the Clinic Administrator to manage daily activities.
Provide coaching and real-time feedback to help your team perform at their best.
Participate in performance reviews, offering constructive feedback on team members and drivers.
Ensure the mobile clinic is ready each day, with vehicles, equipment, and supplies fully operational.
Set up and organize the clinic space, making sure it's welcoming, compliant, and accessible to members.
Work closely with the Clinic Administrator to streamline processes, focusing on compliance and member-centered care.
Set the standard for exceptional customer service, making every interaction positive and supportive.
Assist with check-ins, address questions and concerns, and provide clear, compassionate guidance to all members.
Oversee compliance with safety regulations, maintaining a clean, organized mobile clinic environment aligned with WeCare's standards.
Support the mission with all other duties as assigned!
What You Bring:
Prior experience in a medical setting is a plus, along with member services experience (e.g., check-ins, appointment setting). Medical Knowledge Preferred
Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting and make quick, effective decisions.
Clear and collaborative communication skills, keeping everyone aligned and supported.
A passion for creating positive experiences for members and staff alike.
