Summary/Objective
The Program Manager for the Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program (HVRP) provides program oversight for their respective state location, including staff performance management, budgetary management, accreditation compliance, programmatic compliance, and performance.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Regular travel required. Travel will include both day and overnight trips as necessary for essential program oversight.

Summary/Objective
The Program Manager for the Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program (HVRP) provides program oversight for their respective state location, including staff performance management, budgetary management, accreditation compliance, programmatic compliance, and performance.
Essential Functions

- Provide direct supervision and oversight of the Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program (HVRP) to ensure program compliance
- Oversee essential HVRP funding grant requirements, including but not limited to eligible enrollments, ensuring adequate grant-required enrollments, and supervising appropriate financial assistance spending
- Provide direct supervision of HVRP staff, provide program guidance and performance management
- Regularly communicate with the Senior Director of Veteran Services. Participate in local outreach and collaborative efforts to reach goals with necessary partner entities.
- Implement policy or accreditation standards to ensure organizational compliance
- Review annual training schedule for all HVRP staff per program requirements
- Provide leadership and management of program quality assurance strategies
- Review documentation needed for grant compliance

Required Education, Experience, Or Eligibility Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social services or related field
- Two years of management and supervisory experience.
- Five years of management and supervisory experience
- Military/Veteran experience
