Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement timelines
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
• Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication between all stakeholders
• Track project milestones and generate regular progress reports
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and contract requirements
• Review and approve submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Collaborate with field supervisors to resolve job site issues promptly
• Monitor job costs, prepare billings, and ensure timely invoicing and payment
• Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and warranty processes
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Proven track record of managing projects ranging from $500K to $10M+
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficient with construction software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, etc.)
• Strong understanding of construction documents, codes, and methods
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• OSHA 30 Certification (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | On-site and Field Visits Required

Based in Pompano Beach, FL with local travel to commercial construction sites
