Richardson Sports is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Analyst to support accurate inventory tracking and contribute to the overall efficiency of our supply chain operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal inventory performance.

Education: Associate’s degree preferred.
Experience: Exposure to inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain environments.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal inventory performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across systems and locations.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory variances; identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and system validations.
- Analyze inventory data to support reporting and decision-making.
- Collaborate with warehouse, production, and planning teams to align on inventory status and availability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory processes and data accuracy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental goals and broader company operations.
Education: Associate’s degree preferred.
Experience: Exposure to inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain environments.
Technical Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement
