HealthCare Support is interviewing for an ICU RN in Sanford, FL for a hospital recognized for its excellence in stroke and cardiac care. This facility offers a collaborative environment, strong clinical leadership, and recent upgrades including all-private rooms. We’re seeking a compassionate and reliable nurse to provide care for high-acuity patients, making critical assessments and managing treatment autonomously.

Schedule: Days 3 X 12 schedule

• Days: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
  
  
  

Pay Details:

• Up to $48.57 / hour (depending on experience)
• $15,000 sign on bonus

Daily Responsibilities for ICU RN:

• Advocate for patients and families by protecting privacy, maintaining confidentiality, and providing clear education on medications and treatment instructions.
• Deliver high-focus, compassionate care with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and clinical excellence.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications for ICU RN:

• Florida RN License with 1+ year of experience in an ICU setting
