The Amazon Business Centralized Marketing team is seeking an experienced Social Media Campaign Manager to join our global Social Media Team. In this role, the right candidate will own social media growth and engagement initiatives for Amazon Business and influence campaigns at every level of the marketing funnel. You are a builder with hands-on experience building and managing campaigns, with the ability to deliver on a strategic vision. You will work collaboratively across paid media, creative, product, legal, and PR teams to create impactful and effective social media campaigns that convey our brand story.

This position is based in Seattle, WA.

A successful candidate will be customer focused, resourceful, and a great communicator. You have a proven track record of owning and scaling successful social media campaigns a in a fast paced and dynamic business environment. You are comfortable working independently with strong time management and project management skills. At the core of this position is thinking big about new opportunities, high attention to detail, and deep knowledge of social media trends and best practices.

Key job responsibilities

Social Media Campaign Manager Duties & Responsibilities Will Include

  • Campaign management: manage paid social media brand campaign brief, planning, audience development, launch, and optimization process.
  • Collaboration: work cross functionally with internal stakeholders and external agencies to manage campaigns and reporting.
  • Measurement: create a measurement framework to track campaign performance.
  • Reporting: develop a reporting mechanism for launch, mid-point, and post-campaign read outs that synthesize campaign data from a variety of sources and data sets to distill learnings.
  • Experimentation: create an experimentation roadmap informed by best practices and share learnings with key stakeholders.
  • Experience with native, advertising, trends, and features on: LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, X, and Reddit.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Sprinklr, Liveramp, and Bombora.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
