Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Shuttle Driver to join our team at Hampton Inn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for our guests to and from designated locations, ensuring a positive experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate the shuttle vehicle in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their luggage and addressing any inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shuttle vehicle.
• Follow scheduled routes and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Communicate effectively with hotel staff and management regarding guest needs and transportation requests.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a driving or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of local area and attractions is a plus.
