The Europe Middle East & Asia (EMEA) Aircraft Sales & Acquisition Sales Professional focuses on identifying potential customers and responding to inquiries related to buying, selling, or upgrading aircraft. This is a high-visibility role that requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and deep market knowledge. The ideal candidate will be based in the EMEA region, with a strong preference for an Eastern or Western European location. The EMEA Sales Professional must be able to communicate effectively at all levels, from senior executives and high-net-worth individuals to technical teams and operators.

Essential Job Functions

  • Identifies and engages with potential customers and existing clients and responds to inquiries from individuals or entities looking to buy, sell, or upgrade aircraft, leveraging sales leads from advertisements, referrals, and customer outreach. The EMEA Sales Professional will facilitate aircraft sales and acquisition opportunities. Maintains follow-up contact and fosters strong relationships with potential clients, ideally drawing on established links with aircraft owners, operators, family offices, UHNW advisors, and corporate service providers. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Compiles and conducts thorough market research and analysis to support recommendations for aircraft purchases, sales, maintenance, and/or modifications. Provides accurate and timely aircraft specification sheets for aircraft listings or inventory aircraft intended for potential buyers. As an acquisition agent, develops market comparison spreadsheets to provide a clear analysis of similar aircraft currently for sale or recently sold.
  • Performs market research by reviewing aircraft sold and aircraft available ‘for sale’ in the marketplace through personal contacts with other dealers and brokers plus internal information compiled by company research analyst.
  • Provides and recommends informed recommendations to Duncan Aviation management, potential aircraft purchases for in-house inventory and necessary modifications on inventory aircraft prior to resale.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments and communicate with clarity and professionalism across diverse audiences. Navigate and advise on key industry sectors including FBO, MRO, Owners/Operators, and CAMO. Demonstrate comprehensive aircraft knowledge.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Education And Experience

  • Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Two years of aircraft sales experience preferred
  • Aircraft maintenance or modification experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft software (e.g., Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
  • Ideally multilingual
  • Experience working in multicultural environments, with an understanding of how to tailor communication and negotiation styles for diverse client bases, including European and Middle Eastern stakeholders
