Who We’re Looking For

As a Product Analyst, you’ll support the design and delivery of foundational capabilities within our internal cloud platform. Working alongside senior product leaders and engineering teams, you’ll help analyze, document, and communicate infrastructure features that enable application delivery, governance, and automation in the Cloud Landing Zone.

This is a growth-oriented opportunity for someone who is analytical, highly organized, and eager to build product and technical fluency. You’ll gain hands-on experience in enterprise platform development, cloud infrastructure, and modern product practices while strengthening your ability to support feature development and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with product and engineering leads to analyze user problems and break them down into clear, actionable feature components
  • Create and maintain high-quality product documentation, including feature definitions, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and user stories
  • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and ongoing status reporting to promote alignment across teams
  • Ensure that governance, tagging, and compliance considerations are identified early in the product development cycle
  • Assist in preparing technical handoff materials and readiness documentation for new platform features
  • Coordinate feedback loops with stakeholders and translate findings into product improvement recommendations
  • Collaborate across engineering, governance, and enablement teams to ensure cohesive and consistent platform experiences

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in product analysis, technical project coordination, or digital operations
  • Excellent writing and synthesis skills – able to convert complex inputs into clear and structured documentation
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
  • Interest in cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps principles (hands-on experience not required, but growth in these areas is expected)
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucid, Figma, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining a focus on the overall user experience
  • Bonus: Exposure to Agile development methodologies, Terraform, or AWS concepts

What We’ll Bring

During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities. A few highlights include:

  • A work environment built on teamwork, flexibility, and respect.
  • Professional growth and development programs to help advance your career, as well as tuition reimbursement.
  • Team Member Vehicle Purchase Discount
  • Toyota Team Member Lease Vehicle Program (if applicable)
  • Comprehensive health care and wellness plans for your entire family.
  • Toyota 401(k) Savings Plan featuring a company match, as well as an annual retirement contribution from Toyota regardless of whether you contribute.
  • Paid holidays and paid time off.
  • Referral services related to prenatal services, adoption, childcare, schools, and more.
  • Tax advantaged Accounts (Health Savings Account, Health Care FSA, Dependent Care FSA)
  • Relocation assistance (if applicable).
