Your Role
- Provide expert coaching to clients, guiding them on their personal and leadership development journeys.
- Utilize our proven methodologies and tools to facilitate growth and change.
- Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and providing ongoing support.
- Engage in weekly online training and development with our global community.
- Use social media to connect with potential clients and share your expertise (training provided).
- Conduct client intake and assessment sessions
- Minimum of 5 years of professional coaching experience.
- Deep understanding of personal and leadership development principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Zoom and other virtual tools.
- Experience using social media for networking and professional purposes.
