Peak Support is seeking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Philippines!
Position Overview
We are hiring experienced and detail-oriented representatives to support a growing healthcare technology platform that helps patients book appointments through a combination of AI and human interaction.

Position Overview
We are hiring experienced and detail-oriented representatives to support a growing healthcare technology platform that helps patients book appointments through a combination of AI and human interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to healthcare providers using internal tools
- Follow instructions to verify insurance acceptance, reason for visit, and appointment availability
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during calls
- Review and ensure quality of completed tasks
- Research and organize provider information (e.g., practice name, contact details, hours)
- Monitor and manage task queues
- Communicate promptly with the team via Slack
- Collaborate on improving tools, processes, and operations
- At least 2 years of experience in the U.S. healthcare industry
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center or as a virtual assistant
- Strong communication skills
- High level of digital literacy
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken English
