Annual Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 annually

Summary
The Regional Director will lead a team of District Managers in the development and growth of world class services and supports. Lead and oversee regional operations in Southern California based on RFCN’s four pillars: People, Safety, Service and Cost. The Regional Director will oversee the design, enhancement, implementation, reporting and oversight of Redwood Family Care Network (RFCN) financials, operations, and compliance. Reporting to the Executive Director and working as a key member of the senior leadership team.

Summary

The Regional Director will oversee the design, enhancement, implementation, reporting and oversight of Redwood Family Care Network (RFCN) financials, operations, and compliance. Reporting to the Executive Director and working as a key member of the senior leadership team.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Execute best practices and person-centered thinking approaches to drive health, safety and quality of life outcomes.
- Contribute and execute the RFCN business, strategic and operating plans and priorities.
- Budget and achieve revenue and EBITDA targets for the region.
- Provide oversight and respond to the daily operational needs including quality, employee relations, financial performance, and stakeholder relationships.
- Analyze value-based outcomes and fiscal performance measures to aid in the success of the operation.
- Engage in community outreach and partnerships with local trade associations, legislative advocacy, regulatory partnerships and community outreach.
- Cascade the mission, vision, values and culture of RFCN to all levels within the region.
- Manages performance reviews and professional development plans for team.
- Leads all tactical and strategic team meetings.
- Maintain a positive professional and motivational work environment.
- Recruit and retain top talent throughout the assigned region to meet the existing and future workforce needs.
- Review, analyze and manage labor, budget, aging, and other controllable cost initiatives.
- Review, approve and participate in the program proposal and development process.
- Ensure program compliance related to active authorizations, program designs, policies and procedures, regulation, and law.
- Lead all implementation of corporate and company initiatives for the respective region.

- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, Master’s desirable.
- 5 to 10 years experience in the IDD or health and human services field,
- Management and leadership experience in an District Manager, Executive Director or Regional Director role.
- Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer processing skills, knowledge in general accounting, bookkeeping, and record keeping practices
- Demonstrated strategic planning and implementation experience
- Ability to travel as needed
