Job Overview

Infinity Pipeline Inc is looking for a reliable and results-driven Project Manager to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex infrastructure projects in the commercial, industrial, and government sectors. From pre-construction to project close-out, your leadership will ensure our projects are executed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest quality and safety standards. We're seeking someone with relevant industry experience who is eager to learn how we operate and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Estimate project costs by analyzing blueprints, proposals, and specifications.
  • Develop and submit competitive bids aligned with project goals and scope.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines, ensuring logical steps and budgetary compliance.
  • Oversee and direct field operations to ensure adherence to design, budget, and schedule.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scopes and materials.
  • Handle project challenges promptly, making critical decisions to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts, amendments, and agreements with partners and vendors.
  • Lead on-site meetings, oversee inspections, and coordinate logistics.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Respond to emergencies and maintain on-call availability for project-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in construction project management or estimation preferred (minimum 3-5 years).
  • Working knowledge in Site Development, Site Work, Municipal Water, Municipal Sewer, Storm Water, Lift/Pump Station.
  • Strong Excel, Word and Bluebeam skills a must. CAD experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with budget preparation, blueprint interpretation, and project documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Adaptable and able to make fast decisions under pressure.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to Infinity Pipeline's processes and standards.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to walk, climb, bend, and stretch across construction sites in all weather.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Must be available to address project delays or site emergencies.

Schedule

  • Full-time | Monday - Friday
  • Minimal weekend work - we value your personal time.

Work Location

  • Based at Infinity Pipeline Inc project locations. Travel may be required based on job site needs.
