We are looking for a Shipping & Packaging Associate to join our Art Studio Production team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for safely packaging finished artwork, constructing protective shipping materials, and supporting the accurate and timely movement of goods through our shipping, receiving, and production operations.
Shift Times: 8AM - 4:30PM, Monday to Friday
In This Role
- Safely package framed artwork and other finished goods to prevent damage during transit, using appropriate materials and methods
- Construct and customize cardboard boxes and other protective packaging to fit varying product sizes and shapes
- Operate handheld barcode scanners to track inventory and process outbound shipments
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders according to shipping instructions and quality standards
- Transport finished goods and raw materials between departments using carts, pallet jacks, or other approved equipment
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, verifying packing slips, and inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies
- Operate basic hand tools (e.g., tape dispensers, box cutters, drills) for packaging and minor assembly tasks
- Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to use hand and power tools and equipment
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Steel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours
