Job Description

A Fortune 500 company is searching for a Jr. Desktop Support Engineer to report onsite in Renton, WA. The ideal candidate will assist users with hardware and software issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient computing environment. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in the IT field as they will be paired with Sr Desktop Support Engineer. Majority of support work will be distributed via Active Directory and computers will be deployed through SCCM.

Skills And Requirements

2+ years of experience in PC support.

  Knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and iOS.

  Knowledge of cloud functionality, Intune and MECM/SCCM.

  Experience with Active Directory and user account management.

  Familiarity with common office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

  Understanding basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

  Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  Good interpersonal and communication skills.
