Job Description
Insight Globals client is one of the largest home improvement companies in Michigan and Ohio, serving homeowners with premium products, warranties, and the best customer experience in the industry. We are actively seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO. This position serves as a key support role for the CEO, assisting with both personal and professional tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities, including administrative duties, project support, and personal assistance. This position will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and provide support for both business-related and personal tasks as needed.
Day To Day
Manage the CEOs calendar, book meetings/appointments, and proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and lodging.
Provide administrative support for special projects including research and data analysis.
Manage personal appointments, errands, and household tasks as needed.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Skills And Requirements
Bachelors degree in business administration, communications, or related field.
5 + years of experience as an executive assistant supporting C-Suite executives.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
