We are seeking a skilled and proactive Data Warehouse Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that transform data into insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.
Minnesota: [$93,250-$112,500]

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Data Warehouse Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that transform data into insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- BI Solution Development: Design, implement, and maintain BI software and systems, ensuring integration with databases and data warehouses.
- Data Visualization: Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present complex datasets in a clear and actionable manner.
- Data Modeling: Build and maintain data models to support analytical needs, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
- ETL Processes: Manage the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from various sources into centralized data repositories.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- User Support & Training: Provide ongoing support and training to users on BI tools and analytical practices.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular updates and maintenance on BI systems to enhance performance and incorporate new features or data sources.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality, completeness, and reliability. Implement and support data governance standards and best practices.
- Innovation & Trends: Keep abreast of emerging BI tools, technologies, and trends to continually enhance BI capabilities and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
- 2-3 years experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Advanced SQL skills, including the ability to write, debug, and optimize complex queries using joins, subqueries, window functions, and performance tuning techniques.
- Proficiency in data modeling.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data governance best practices.
- Experience with PowerBI and Microsoft Power Platform
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
