Position Summary
The Senior Real Estate Project Manager is responsible for managing a range of capital projects within the Real Estate department which may include tenant interiors, major capital repairs, renovations, base building retrofits, as well as ground-up, new facilities. The capital projects may encompass land planning, entitlements, programming, design, budgets, proformas, team selection, construction management and commissioning. The Senior Real Estate Project Manager will work with leadership and stakeholders to develop project goals and scope definition and then follow through with oversight of the execution of projects within targeted schedule and cost constraints. Multiple capital projects will be assigned and may involve the integration of infrastructure, critical systems and healthcare and/or IT equipment ranging from the very basic to the complex. The Senior Real Estate Project Manager may also be involved in portfolio initiatives to improve property management and facilities operations. Responsibilities to include ensuring that project design, implementation, new construction and/or retrofits meet all regulatory compliance and safety standards. And ensuring optimum internal and external team performance to complete capital projects with high user group or occupant satisfaction.

Position Qualifications
Required Experience
- Minimum 8 years of real estate project management experience, including experience in organizing multiple projects, and large teams of contractors, consultants, and A/E firms with healthcare or other complex commercial facilities.
- Technical understanding of project scheduling, budgeting and finance, CAD, and project management software.
- Experience with state, local and federal building regulations regarding land-use, zoning, building permits or licensed medical facilities.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience (typically 4 additional years of experience if no degree) is required.
- Master's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Architecture, Construction Management or Finance, preferred.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License with proof of safe driving record for the past ten years and proof of auto insurance may be required. Must obtain Oregon Driver's License within 30 days of moving to Oregon (if applicable).
- LEED AP (Accredited Professional) (USGBC).
- CPM: Certified Property Manager (IREM).
- PMP: Project Management Professional (PMI).
