- Oversee day-to-day Front/Back of House operations.

- Able to withhold high customer service standards, performing duties in the Front of the House.
- Ability to complete Back of House responsibilities (supervising dogs, cleaning, feeding, laundry, etc) when needed, it it always a team effort at Camp.
- Open to learning foundations of Camp from base level positions and up.
- Properly operate & lead a 6-12 person shift, keeping the safety & health of Campers a top priority.
- Open availability (including weekends & holidays).
- 2+ years’ experience supervising/managing a dog daycare/boarding operation, restaurant, hotel, or customer service-driven business operation
- 1+ years in animal care, hospitality, or child care preferred but not required
- Passion for dogs & appreciation for the people who love them
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and provide relationship management and customer service.
- Dependable decision-making, thrive in fast-paced environments (morning and afternoon rushes)
- Attention to detail should be how others describe you
- Excellent verbal communication & computer skills (Outlook, Google Calendar, Canva, proprietary CRM)
- Enjoyment of an environment where you are on your feet and on the move.
- Ability to perform occasional lifting and other physical tasks such as holding and harnessing/unharnessing excited pups.
- Punctuality is a must as we all work together to keep Camp and the pups on a routine daily schedule.).
- Performing phone calls, emails, and other front desk responsibilities on the daily.
- Ability to withhold safety procedures & detailed processes to maintain standards.
- Positive attitude & team leadership experience!
- High School diploma or equivalent obtained.
- Communication skills via teammates & customers.
- Help with events & activities happening at Camp.
- Time management skills & keeping others held to these time schedules.
