We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Marketing. In this role, you will drive the brand’s marketing strategy with a focus on data-backed client growth, digital performance, lifecycle marketing, and premium brand execution. You will work cross-functionally to lead efforts across salons, CPG, and Tricoci MedSpa, shaping the future of our brand in a high-growth, client-first environment.

Here are some highlights of what you will be doing in this role:

Brand & Creative Leadership

  • Shape and elevate Tricoci’s brand identity across all digital and in-location touchpoints to deliver a seamless luxury experience.
  • Lead impactful brand strategy development and execution that honors Tricoci’s heritage while evolving its modern identity.
  • Partner closely with Service, Education, and Operations to ensure consistency in messaging and positioning.
  • Support experiential marketing, events, PR initiatives, and influencer relationships to amplify brand equity.
  • Influence and evolve the service menu to stay aligned with emerging trends and best-in-class positioning.

Client Growth & Lifecycle Ownership

  • Own the health of the client file by driving acquisition, retention, reactivation, and lifetime value.
  • Develop and manage CRM programs across email, SMS, app, and retargeting platforms.
  • Analyze and segment client data to uncover actionable insights that drive strategy.
  • Launch enrichment programs that deepen brand loyalty and increase frequency and spend.

Digital Marketing & Paid Media

  • Lead end-to-end performance marketing including paid social, search, programmatic, and affiliate.
  • Oversee campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok with focus on CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Manage creative messaging aligned with lifecycle stages and brand voice.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and implement new formats to ensure continued innovation.

Data & Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports with BI support.
  • Collaborate across Ops and Tech teams to integrate data into lifecycle marketing strategy.
  • Lead testing and optimization to improve performance across all campaigns.
  • Cultivate a test-and-learn culture that prioritizes measurable ROI.

Team Leadership & Operational Collaboration

  • Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team that thrives on accountability and creativity.
  • Manage agency and partner relationships to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Support client satisfaction efforts, including reputation management and community engagement.
  • Collaborate across departments to execute a unified, brand-aligned strategy.

Here are some of the skills we are looking for:

  • 10–15+ years of senior-level marketing experience, preferably in luxury, beauty, consumer services, or retail.
  • Expertise in lifecycle marketing, CDPs, CRM strategies, and client retention.
  • Proven ability to lead paid media strategies with a focus on omnichannel acquisition.
  • Strong analytical and performance reporting skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with database transformation or digital marketing reinvention is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools, including campaign optimization, predictive analytics, and personalization engines.
  • Financial acumen to optimize spend against P&L targets.
  • Strategic, adaptable, and passionate about elevating client experiences.
