The Role

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll be responsible for interview coordination, scheduling, and candidate communication, ensuring every step in the hiring process is timely and efficient. You'll play a crucial role in delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience while keeping the recruiting process running smoothly from start to finish for everyone involved!

Location: Candidates must permanently and currently reside in Lincoln, Nebraska or the surrounding metro area. Fully or partially in-office: Employees are expected to work 2 days/week in our HQ office.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule all types of interviews (1:1, panels, on-site finals) within the hiring team's working hours and across all U.S. time zones.
  • Communicate with candidates through Greenhouse (our applicant tracking system), email, phone, and in-person; ensuring all communications are logged in Greenhouse.
  • Act as a liaison between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Address candidate concerns with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary, and directing role-specific inquiries to the appropriate recruiter.

  • Create a smooth scheduling experience for department leaders, hiring team members, Recruiters, and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Positively impact CompanyCam's time to fill, time to hire, and candidate experience metrics.
  • Provide the operational backbone that allows our recruiting team to scale without sacrificing quality or candidate experience!

What You'll Bring

  • Experience with ATS tools, such as Greenhouse, preferred.
  • Proficiency with G-Suite and calendar management tools, such as Google Calendar and Calendly.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
  • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
  • A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.

Benefits & Compensation

This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $45,000-$55,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
