Quality Control Manager

Capex Construction, LLC. is seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all quality aspects of our construction projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve quality issues.
• Manage and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and logs.
• Train construction personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Monitor subcontractors and suppliers for compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure all work meets health and safety regulations.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quality control.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
