Construction Health & Safety Specialist – Dalton, GA
Location: Dalton, Georgia
Type: Fixed-Term Contract
Compensation: Hourly

We are a team of construction safety leaders, project coordinators, and risk management pros. Our mission? To protect people, manage safe and efficient construction processes, and ensure every site meets the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, testing agencies, and schedule milestones on major construction projects.
Conduct on-site inspections to ensure full compliance with safety and construction plans.
Administer contracts, review changes, and coordinate RFIs and CCRs.
Work hands-on with construction teams to troubleshoot and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate project communication across owner, contractors, and A/E firms.
Manage weekend and shutdown work plans in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
Review drawings, monitor installations, and ensure all specifications are met.
Deliver regular project updates and status reports to leadership.
What You Bring To The Table
Associate’s degree in Construction Management (preferred).
10+ years of industrial construction experience, ideally in greenfield/brownfield building projects.
In-depth knowledge of general building construction methods and safety best practices.
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations; OSHA 30 & OSHA 510 certifications required.
Comfortable working in and around large industrial manufacturing facilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience With AutoCAD, Bluebeam, And Microsoft Project (preferred).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Automotive building experience (utilities, earthworks, structural steel, MEP, building handover) is a major plus.
