The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
- Demonstrates competence in assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation aligned with professional standards.
- Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications, monitoring effects, and documenting care.
- Provides patient and family education, identifying needs and resources.
- Meets competency expectations in self, others, or leadership roles.
- Requires a BSN (preferred), 1+ year of relevant experience, RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- New hires must complete orientation, competency validation, and obtain required certifications within specified timeframes.
- Work schedule is TBD; position is full-time.
