The salary for this role will be between $68,781 and $100,420. The specific salary offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience. Hired candidate may be eligible for healthcare benefits, 401K plan, short term & long-term disability coverage, life insurance, vacation & sick time, educational assistance, and several holidays. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards
Essential Duties
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to effectively communicate via phone/video, messaging, and email. The employee is required to use computer and office equipment such as a computer, printer, copier, as well as computer software such as Microsoft Office. You may also frequently be required to occupy a workstation for long periods of time.

Essential Duties
- Perform complex calendar management for our CEO. Prioritize inquiries and requests while constructively addressing competing appointments; make decisions and recommendations to ensure both smooth day-to-day engagements as well as preserving long-term commitments.
- Brand and culture champion. The Executive Assistant to the CEO should actively promote the organization's brand and culture by embodying its values, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring that all communications and interactions reflect the company's mission and vision, thereby enhancing employee engagement and alignment with organizational goals.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization. This will include assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; partnering with other executives, team members, and outside parties to collect and prepare information for meetings; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reports.
- Exceptional communication skills. The Executive Assistant to the CEO is someone who has strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information, make requests, facilitate clear interactions among team members, and represent the executive's interests with professionalism and clarity in all correspondence and meetings.
- Partner closely with the CEO to be well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Anticipate CEO’s information requirements for meetings and conferences, ensuring all materials are provided in advance and diligent follow-through on action items.
- Proficient technical skills are essential in this role. Demonstrating excellent technical skills, including proficiency in office software, project management tools, and communication platforms, enabling efficient task management, data organization, and seamless coordination of virtual, hybrid, and in-person meetings.
- Applying strong organizational and time management skills will ensure success in this role. A successful candidate for this role exhibits exceptional organizational abilities, adeptly managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail. The ability to meet deadlines consistently ensures smooth workflow and supports the executive’s efficiency.
- Work with executive team and leaders throughout Riverview regarding the CEO’s outreach activities. Follow up on contacts made by the CEO to cultivate ongoing relationships.
- Work in partnership with the Corporate Secretary to provide support to the Board of Directors as requested. Assist with Board meetings and events: schedule meetings, draft agendas, develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials.
- Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level (Chief-level) executives.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail and ability to follow-through.
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, team members, community leaders, vendors, attorneys, and regulators.
- Ability to remain composed and professional with appropriate level of urgency to situations and events that require responsiveness or quick turnaround.
- Able to maintain the highest level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
