As One of Our Happy Center Leaders You Will:

  • Ensure the center is fully staffed with well-trained teachers. Utilizes the teacher onboarding process as outlined in the SOP and Onboarding Journey by ensuring training is completed.
  • TLE curriculum is executed in alignment with TLE standards. Curriculum materials are fully stocked, monthly theme is clearly implemented as well as design & display standards. Process vs Product driven work is evident throughout the center.
  • Demonstrates and applies knowledge of TLE Curriculum and Brand Integration that is essential to the training, delivery and integrity of the program.
  • The interactions throughout the center are high quality, including tone of voice, engagement and positive redirection. Teachers interact appropriately, children are well cared for and HAPPY.
  • Ensures COR Advantage quality assessments are completed on schedule.
  • Manages and replenishes all inventory to ensure center is fully stocked within the center's budget.
  • Conducts at least 2 documented classroom observations monthly. Feedback is shared with teacher timely, consistently, and effectively. Observation forms must be completed with appropriate signatures and filed.
  • Demonstrates professionalism. Leads by example with enthusiasm as evidenced by center atmosphere & employee engagement.
  • Teaching team is high quality, demonstrates professionalism and upholds brand standards through consistent observations of the teaching team in effort to build professional standards and quality classrooms.
  • Prioritizes employee retention by proactively supporting and coaching employees in an effort to build relationships through consistent and intentional staff engagement.
  • Promptly and routinely provides clear instruction, constructive feedback and promptly addresses poor performance through Consistent observations of the teaching team in effort to build professional standards and quality classrooms.
  • Posts engaging photos and captions on Hootsuite at least 4x/week with accurate tags. Appropriately uses the platform to publicize upcoming events at the center, boosts events as appropriate.
  • Exhibits strong family retention through proactive and prompt responsiveness to family sensitivities, questions, and concerns by ensuring a quality program is provided consistently.
  • Implements brand initiatives as intended to drive engagement and retention.
  • Upholds health/safety standards and operating procedures in full compliance with local and state licensing regulations through overseeing classroom operations are in consistent compliance.
  • Makes sound decisions to responsibly manage people and business operations.


Apply Now If You:

  • Two or more years of center leadership/management experience highly preferred. At least one year of center leadership/management experience required.
  • Have state specific Administrative or Director credential, and any other state specific guidelines for the role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.


Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
