Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory records using Excel (incoming and outgoing stock tracking)
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments
- Provide responsive and courteous customer service via phone and email
- Prepare and issue invoices using accounting software
- Assist with general administrative support and documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (required)
- Prior experience in administrative support, logistics, or inventory control
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and inventory management)
- Experience using accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.) a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to work on-site during assigned hours
