What You'll Do:

  • Positioning & Messaging
    • Develop clear, differentiated messaging frameworks across core audience segments: CIOs, provosts, administrators, advisors, and students
    • Establish category-defining narratives aligned with our mission and product vision
    • Create compelling content across the funnel — including website copy, sales enablement, and lifecycle marketing
  • Go-to-Marketing Strategy & Execution
    • Lead product and feature launches in partnership with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
    • Develop and refine ICPs and personas using qualitative and quantitative research
    • Work with Demand Marketing team to create compelling and unique Marketing Campaigns and Programs to drive revenue growth
    • Create and execute a PR/AR plan to drive brand growth and awareness in market
  • Sales and PS Enablement
    • Build and maintain scalable assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, email templates
    • Partner with Sales and Success to align messaging with field learnings and objections
    • Produce proof points: customer stories, case studies, data-backed narratives
  • Market Insights
    • Conduct research to identify user needs and inform product decisions
    • Monitor trends in higher education and translate into positioning or content
    • Identify whitespace opportunities for Stelllic to lead thought leadership
    • Generate competitive intelligence and translate insights into GTM tactics and product feedback
  • PMM Leadership
    • Act as a connective thread across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Success
    • Champion product marketing's role internally and externally
    • Help shape the growing PMM function with structure, tools, and best practices
You'd be a great fit for this role if you have the following skills and experiences:

  • 6+ years in product marketing for B2B SaaS, ideally in the education space
  • Proven track record leading product/feature launches from concept to execution
  • Exceptional written communication and storytelling ability
  • Strong portfolio of deliverables: messaging frameworks, launch plans, enablement tools
  • Experienced in customer interviews, persona development, and market research
  • Familiar with tools like HubSpot, GA4, and product usage analytics platforms
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product

Compensation: $140,000 - $200,000 base salary, plus equity
