You’ll be immersed in the process of creating multiple building designs and drawings through freehand sketch and the use of design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.   • In pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • 3.0 GPA
  • Strong architectural design and graphic skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within the team as well as independently
  • Knowledge of and/or proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Rhinoceros, Grasshopper and Photoshop.
  • Experience with performance modeling software, such as Ladybug, Honeybee, Energy Plus and WUFI.
  • Experience with rendering software -e.g. V-Ray, Enscape, - and Bluebeam.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • A previous internship, or professional work experience related to your field of study
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management within Jacobs
  • Self-driven time management and organizational skills
  • A portfolio of applicable recent design work
