KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily data entry and tracking in multiple databases
- Responsible for maintaining files of all applicants and job interest forms
- Greet applicants as they arrive for interviews
- Ensure that applicants complete all pre-interview steps
- Process in new hires and rehires as needed
- Process backgrounds for seasonal employees
- Provide administrative support to full-time staff
- Participate in off-site recruitment events as needed
- Assist with additional assignments and projects as needed
- Computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and ADP Enterprise
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to handle high volume of calls
- Quick learner and able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be punctual and maintain a good attendance record
- Maintain organized and clean work area
- Personable and outgoing, able to work well with others
- Strong people skills to positively interact with applicants, employees and guests, promoting our “Guest First” standards
- Self starter and “out-of-the-box” thinker
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and ethics
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends as scheduled
