What would you do in this role?
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES, Including But Not Limited To
- Analyze Merchandising Quality performance metrics, including Execution Quality Index (EQI) and Photo QA performance, to uncover trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Investigate specific business challenges or anomalies by gathering data, developing hypotheses, and producing actionable insights that guide decision-making by senior leaders.
- Partner with the Analytics team to validate and interpret dashboards and reports used by the Business Operations department.
- Maintenance planogram trait listings and modify planogram files for effective AIMM scan activity execution.
- Support project scoping and execution by documenting business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Field Operations, Merchandising Quality, and Client Services to align on data definitions, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of performance reports and business review materials to support internal operational reviews and client-facing meetings.
- Contribute to activity audit and Photo QA workflows by assessing quality feedback and ensuring alignment with execution standards.
- Support revenue-focused projects under the VP of Business Operations by compiling and analyzing data related to financial performance, resource utilization, and cost-efficiency.
- Generate analytic reporting and conduct analysis that supports revenue forecasting, budgeting needs, including regular reports and ad hoc reports
- Develop Excel models and supporting materials to evaluate project ROI, workflow enhancements, or service delivery optimizations.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination efforts for ad-hoc business investigations and continuous improvement efforts.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Demonstrates a strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, explore root causes, and deliver data-driven recommendations that support business and operational improvement.
- Collects, interprets, and presents data effectively to support operational decisions, using dashboards, models, and briefings tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manages investigative projects or deliverables with clear timelines, adjusting priorities as needed while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate systems (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, Tableau) and uncover insights from large or complex datasets.
- Maintains high-quality standards in all work through careful validation, quality control, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excels in both written and verbal communication, translating complex insights into actionable summaries and collaborating across departments.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Upholds integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset while working with colleagues, partners, and internal clients.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, analytics, information systems, or a related field is preferred; Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms, especially Excel, with data analysis, reporting, and workflow management tasks.
- Experience with project or task management tools.
- Exceptional understanding of process workflows and systems.
- 5% travel
