We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Resource Management, Specialist (Advisory) to join the team.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
Support RMs and RM Leadership team with Resource Management Processes and Functions by:
- Ensure compliance of RM processes and SLAs and escalate to RM leadership as needed
- Assist with RM process documentation and revisions/enhancements based on business changes, tool changes, team changes, etc.
- Support RMs with sourcing and skills searches to identify potential resource options based on client specific needs, resource availability, skills required, level/rate required, and geographical location (with guidance from RMs)
- Provide scheduling assistance for practice(s) as needed
- Maintain data integrity in scheduling tool
- Provide resource management coverage for practice areas during RMs’ scheduled PTO
- Monitor skills matrix to ensure resources’ skills are up-to-date and advise RMs of resources that are not in compliance
- Provide training and support on scheduling tool for leaders and resources as requested
- Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly RM reporting packages for RMs to distribute to their supported populations, focusing on low/high utilization, trends, and variance
- Assist regional RMs with the preparation and maintenance of RM reports driven from RM systems
- Assist RM team with monthly and quarterly reporting to visualize data to deliver actionable insights
- Generate reports for the RM leadership team on actual and projected utilization for projects, unassigned time, PTO/Holiday time, etc.
- Assist with the review of Utilization reports and escalate to RM leadership team any resources that are over- and under-utilized
- Provide additional reporting support for RM team as needed
- Assist with and/or lead other tasks and projects to support the regional RM team and RM COE
- Continuously upskill on RM procedures, best practices and trends, leveraging RMI resources
The successful candidate will have capabilities to:
- 4-year undergrad degree in Business Management/Administration or 4-year undergrad degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 1- 2 years of relevant resource management, recruiting, and/or operations experience preferably in Consulting or Professional Services.
