Louis Vuitton is seeking to hire an Retail Learning Manager to join the Southeast Regional team based in Miami, FL.

Job responsibilities

As a Retail Learning Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging onboarding and ongoing training programs, partnering with subject matter experts to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
  • Performance Coaching: Coach our leadership teams to improve their competencies, attitudes, and behaviors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring the practical application of selling skills through observation, coaching, and the implementation of action plans.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with store and regional management to support daily briefings, regional meetings, and personalized training plans. Regularly communicate with stakeholders to share insights and ensure alignment.
  • Program Evaluation: Collect and analyze feedback on training programs, providing insights to the corporate team for continuous improvement. Track and measure the impact of training initiatives.
  • Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks, adhere to budget guidelines, and support regional and store-specific initiatives as needed.

Profile

As the Retail Learning Manager at Louis Vuitton, you will drive team development and elevate customer experience through structured training programs. To achieve this, you will:

  • Plan, implement, and manage training programs aligned with business needs.
  • Coach Store and Team Managers to develop their leadership skills.
  • Ensure store associates acquire the skills for service excellence and brand sophistication.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Extensive people management skills, ideally in luxury retail.
  • The ability to thrive autonomously in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
  • A proven background in coaching at all levels and providing effective feedback.
