About This Role

• Lead and Manage IT Teams: Supervise daily operations, troubleshoot issues, mentor staff, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Oversee IT Operations: Manage the Help Desk queue, ensure timely ticket resolution, and drive efficient technical support across the organization.
• Manage Infrastructure and Assets: Lead network and facility projects, maintain IT inventories, and oversee hardware, software, and security needs.
• Drive Technology Strategy and Vendor Relations: Implement system upgrades, coordinate with vendors, and evaluate new technologies for business alignment.
• Ensure Security, Compliance, and Risk Management: Conduct security assessments, oversee cybersecurity training, and manage regulatory compliance.
• Manage Budgets and Foster Collaboration: Monitor IT expenses, seek cost-saving opportunities, and build strong relationships with leadership and staff to support organizational goals.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in computer science, business or related area preferred
• 5-8 years of direct experience supervising technical teams of 5-10 staff members.
• Technical/management leadership experience supporting a patient/customer centered organization.
• Experience working with electronic health record systems preferred.
• Technical experience supporting complex LAN/WAN networks and computing infrastructures.
• Experience conducting security assessments and implementing security programs.
  
  

Licenses, Certification Or Registration

• Pertinent technical/industry certifications preferred.
