We are seeking a Home Care Regional Scheduling Manager to lead and optimize the scheduling operations across multiple home care locations within our growing network. This is a key leadership position that ensures our patients receive timely, high-quality care through efficient and strategic scheduling of our dedicated clinical field teams.

Your Impact

As a Regional Scheduling Manager, You Will

  • Oversee daily and long-term scheduling operations across assigned regions
  • Lead a team of local and remote scheduling coordinators, ensuring accuracy and coverage
  • Collaborate with nursing and operational leaders to balance staffing, patient needs, and productivity
  • Monitor metrics, forecast needs, and implement scheduling improvements using data and technology
  • Ensure compliance with home care standards, visit frequency policies, and labor regulations
  • Serve as a scheduling expert and resource to both field staff and leadership

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelors' degree preferred
  • 3+ years of healthcare scheduling experience, preferably in home health or hospice
  • 1+ years of team leadership or management experience
  • Knowledge of Homecare Homebase (HCHB) or similar scheduling platforms strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-focused environment
