Job Description
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.
Minimum Experience
One (1) year directly related experience.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Knowledge of institutional or corporate communications with an emphasis on communication planning/analysis and exposure to print and non-print media strategies.
Ability to understand high-level business strategy and develop practical, effective communication strategies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organization, creativity, grammar, writing and human relations/relation management skills.

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus several times per week.

- Provides media relations support including managing media requests & building media relations, pitching, media campaigns, etc., around priority topics & during key moments throughout the year in the U.S.& international regions.
- Supports media measurement to track success of individual engagements & overall programs.
- Experience with communication plans or media plans
- Project management
- Experience with event management
- Journalism background (exp. as journalist or worked for a media outlet)
