We're looking for three creative collaborators to help ideate, develop, and produce weekly social media content for our agency and client channels this summer.
The ideal candidates are people who stay on top of trends across multiple platforms and have a strong sense of what performs well on social media (and why!). You should be passionate about creating impactful, engaging content and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
This part-time role (20 hrs/week) is a great opportunity to build your portfolio and gain hands-on experience working alongside industry strategists, creatives, and producers.

Your Impact in Role
Social Concepting
- Produce social-first content on the ground in our Lincoln studio for Archrival's TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and/or YouTube channels.
- Contribute to a weekly writer's room to incorporate Archrival's brand voice and agency lore into engaging content scripts.
- Develop scripts, identify props, and collaborate with internal talent as needed.
- Be the champion of social content projects from pre-production through post-production and ensure creative excellence is upheld and timelines are met.
- Interpret scripts, understand story and narrative style, and direct Archrival employees as actors.
- Edit video and audio content in Capcut and Adobe Premiere, compile footage, and organize video and production materials.
- Develop your skills as an industry Creative as well as your understanding of agency workflow.
- Provide valuable Gen Z POV and support to our culture, creative, and community executions.
- Support in the development of client work, ideating creative solutions, and assisting in the production of decks and/or assets for global brands.
- Passion and/or experience in one of the following areas:
- Directing/Concepting. You thrive on bringing ideas to life and know how to guide a creative vision from start to finish.
- Video Production/Filming. You're comfortable behind the camera, you know your way around production gear (or a shot-on-iPhone expert), and can capture high-quality footage in different environments.
- Editing. You have a sharp eye for storytelling, can turn raw footage into polished content, and are familiar with post-production tools.
- Comfortable both behind the camera and in front of it.
- Creative thinker who solves problems in fresh, original ways.
- Undying passion for youth culture, trends, and content best practices.
- Skilled at turning ideas into compelling social content.
- Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn and collaborate.
- You don't take yourself too seriously–because we don't either

- Understanding of youth culture and passion for continuous learning.

- This is a 3-month paid opportunity working Monday - Thursday, with an opportunity to stay on through September.
- You need to be based in Nebraska as you'll be working from our Lincoln, NE studio.
- You are either an incoming college senior, recent grad, or have similar experience (resonate with Gen Z).
- We will be bringing on 3 people, so you must play well with others.
