Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quality carpentry tasks with precision and craftsmanship on a variety of remodeling projects
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site
  • Accurately document daily tasks, materials, and site conditions
  • Verify the accuracy of material shipments and deliveries
  • Follow direction from supervisors while maintaining a proactive and professional demeanor
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and clients
  • Adapt to evolving project needs and changing timelines
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and company safety standards
  • Take initiative to ask questions and seek clarification when needed

Qualifications

  • Proven carpentry skills with knowledge of residential construction methods and best practices
  • Complete inventory of personal hand tools
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and perform physical tasks in all weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to jobsite cleanliness and safety
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential or light commercial construction
  • Formal training or certification in carpentry or construction trades
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulatory requirements
  • Understanding of construction project timelines and scheduling
