You'll be handling a variety of tasks-ranging from minor repairs to light carpentry and finish work-supporting our goal to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. We're happy to train you on our methods as long as you bring a strong foundation in the trades and a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general handyman and repair work at residential remodel job sites
• Assist in tasks such as light framing, painting, trim installation, cabinet work, and minor plumbing or electrical fixes
• Respond to jobsite needs quickly and efficiently to keep projects on schedule
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces and job sites
• Interact with clients professionally and represent the company positively
• Support carpenters, supervisors, and subs with daily tasks as needed
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow safety protocols and wear provided PPE at all times
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a handyman or general construction role
• Proficiency in common residential repair tasks and light finish work
• Ability to use a variety of tools (provided or your own)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn
• Valid driver's license required
