Without the strength of our Information Technology team, we would not be able to offer the industry-leading service we’re known for. We’re seeking an IT Intern to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be pursuing a career in Information Technology or related discipline. Priority will be given to the candidates with a required internship for graduation.
The IT Intern is responsible for assisting the greater IT team in keeping the company’s hardware, software, and network running smoothly by configuring computers and resolving end user issues and escalating requests to senior team members. Reports to the IT Director

Duties/Responsibilities
- Computer Configuration
- Sets-up new computers with appropriate software and system configuration
- Re-configures computers for new uses and new users
- Help Desk
- Promptly resolves users’ hardware and software issues via requests made in our help desk
- Orders and Inventories end user hardware and peripherals
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and software
- The ability to break down technological processes and deliver clear, step-by-step instructions
- Patient, friendly demeanor with a great aptitude for listening
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Required Education: High School Diploma
- Preferred Education: Pursuing an undergraduate degree in related field
- Constant standing/walking/sitting for up to 8 hours.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times and up to 25 lbs.
- Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.
- Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e., working with small objects or reading small print), including use of computers.
- This position operates across multiple sites in the greater LA area with office, warehouse, and manufacturing environments
- This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
- Travel will be required for this position
