Summary

The Data Processor ensures the accuracy and integrity of donor and campaign data to support UWCE’s fundraising and reporting goals. This contract role focuses on pledge processing, data cleanup, and file preparation, providing essential administrative support to the Resource Development team.

Position Requirements & Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; Microsoft 365 preferred.
  • CRM database experience required; Salesforce preferred.
  • Data entry accuracy and speed of at least 35 words per minute.
  • Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. Demonstrated teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Data Management

  • Enter pledge data accurately and organize materials for scanning and archiving.
  • Maintain donor records and assist with data cleanup processes.
  • Support preparation and upload of campaign-related files.
  • Assist in designation processing and database maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Development team to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Perform additional data and administrative tasks as assigned.

  • Occasionally, travel to special events and meetings is required and may include transporting supplies and materials in personal vehicle requiring bending, lifting and carrying 25 pounds.
  • Occasionally includes reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting up to 25 pounds for office equipment, supplies and materials.
