About the Position

The System Support Manager will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining the business systems used by FASTSIGNS International corporate and the FASTSIGNS Franchise centers. This position will focus on the operational aspects of systems, working within user interfaces to configure and manage functionalities related to point-of-sale (POS) pricing, workflow, customer relationship management (CRM), and overall operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical aptitude for system configuration and a foundational understanding of financial principles to support operational efficiency and decision-making.

Essential Functions

  • Configure and maintain POS pricing structures and related operational settings within business systems.
  • Assist in the management and optimization of CRM functionalities to support franchise operations and customer data management.
  • Work within the user interfaces of various business systems (potentially including CoreBridge, Hubspot Sales CRM, and Profitkeeper to support operational workflows and tactics.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing use of operational tools and technologies.
  • Help evaluate and develop more streamlined communication models for the brand.
  • Collaborate with the Operations - Business Systems team to identify system-related inefficiencies and propose solutions.
  • Apply financial understanding to analyze operational data and contribute to the development of improved processes.
  • Assist in creating resources and documentation related to business system usage for franchise locations.

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Required Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within business system user interfaces for configuration and management purposes.
  • Experience or coursework demonstrating a foundational understanding of financial concepts and their application in business operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience with POS systems, CRM platforms, or other business management software.
  • Understanding of franchise business models.


Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers,smartphones, video conferencing, webinars, phones, photocopiers, printers, filing cabinets, shredding and fax machines.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to walk, talk, see and hear. And lift up to 20 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, non-exempt position of at least 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

Travel is primarily during business days, out-of-the-area and overnight travel is expected based on individual job responsibilities. Some of the travel may occur on weekends or be international. Company events may include Summits and the Annual Conventions may also include travel. Travel is expected to be less than 10%.
