Job Overview:

This is not your average errand-runner gig. You are the conduit between Joseph Christoforo and the rest of the company: gathering insights from his sales calls, translating real-time direction into working SOPs, and broadcasting priorities to our teams. You’ll sit shoulder-to-shoulder with Joseph, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks while we chase new “whale” accounts.


What You’ll Do:

  • Information Hub: Listen in on Joseph’s high-stakes sales calls and day-to-day conversations with top-tier clients. Utilize AI to synthesize key takeaways and action items into clear, actionable SOPs and briefings.
  • Communication & Visibility: Serve as Joseph’s “announcer”—relay priorities, deadlines, and strategic shifts to internal teams. Draft and distribute concise updates: sales wins, roadblocks, and next-step directives.
  • Operational Partnership: Collaborate closely with Joseph, the CEO, and the COO to align resources and timelines. Anticipate Joseph’s needs and remove barriers - think five steps ahead.
  • Travel Coordination & Support: Plan Joseph’s travel logistics (flights, lodging, itineraries). Provide in-person support when he’s on the road: meeting prep, debriefs, and follow-up documentation.

  • Sales-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: You’ve supported senior rainmakers before - or you know exactly how they think—and you thrive capturing critical details.
  • Process Architect: You build order out of chaos: creating SOPs, checklists, and playbooks on the fly.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Your writing is crystal-clear; your verbal updates cut straight to the chase.
  • Resilient & Adaptable: Throw a last-minute pivot at you? You’ll grin, nod, and deliver.
  • Discreet & Professional: You handle sensitive info with absolute confidentiality.
  • “Character” Ready: Joseph’s known to channel his inner Ari Gold—fast-paced, passionate, occasionally intense. You’ll keep pace without blinking.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years supporting C-suite or senior sales executives in a high-velocity environment
  • Proven track record of translating spoken direction into formalized processes
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana (or similar PM tools), and travel-booking platforms
  • Willingness to travel and work in-office in Pompano Beach
