Schedule
Monday thru Friday, Days. Weekends and evenings on-call per established rotational schedule.

Schedule
Monday thru Friday, Days. Weekends and evenings on-call per established rotational schedule.
Essential Functions
- Complete work orders for structural, electrical, plumbing and HVAC in a timely and code-compliant manner.
- Answer intercepts, lockouts and 911 calls.
- Order and restock supplies in shop.
- Work on apartment turnovers such as small plumbing, carpentry, and electrical.
- Preventative Maintenance Program completion for areas assigned.
- Work in a safe manner consistent with the training and requirements for the Maintenance department including lifting, ladders, electrical, lock out-tag out, personal protective devices, MSDS sheets and confined spaces.
- Understand and follow the code requirements for the areas of assigned work.
- Perform snow removal during the winter.
- Assist with special events set up and tear down.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One to three years general maintenance experience preferred in a leadership role.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry work.
- Ability to drive a golf cart.
- Ability to climb ladders.
- Ability to work without close supervision while maintaining Greencroft Maintenance Department standards of conduct and job performance.
