Peak Performers has partnered with a Managed Care Organization to assist in their search for a Sr. Account Manager- Pharmaceuticals. In this contract position you will support assigned clients, manage contractual compliance and overall business strategy of the assigned clients.

Major Duties

  • Lead the implementation, execution, termination, and transition of client accounts.
  • Serve as the primary contact for complex and high dollar accounts, interacting with client contacts to facilitate problem resolution, and promote high client satisfaction.
  • Develop and complete client reports, verify data, and manage the timely collection and distribution of data from content experts.
  • Monitor and track contract and regulatory changes and issues and collaborate with internal departments and clients to ensure implementation of changes.
  • Develop and administer training, support, and business insight about products and services to management, peers, and clients.
  • Track and evaluate contract performance guarantees and other related deliverables, recommend changes, and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of business unit offerings and their integration with core services and products.
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance to Account Managers and Senior Account Managers.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of Client facing experience in a Pharmacy setting
  • Client/account management experience in healthcare, preferably in pharmacy benefit management.
  • Intermediate or greater skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • High degree of attention to detail and organization
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

About This Position

  • Rate: $38.65/hr
  • Days/ Hours: Monday-Friday, 9-6 with 1 hour lunch break
  • Contract Length: 3 months
  • Remote in EST or CST
