Brief Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to prospect for and focus on generating revenue growth for our Prehung Door Facility and Slimfold product line. Multifamily projects, manufactured housing, hotels, assisted living and dormitories are some of the current market segments that we service out of our Camden, Tennessee Facility. This new role will be instrumental to increase demand throughout the total sales cycle. Key skills and abilities will include building and maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, in-depth product knowledge, negotiating, and developing customer agreements which are profitable for Dunbarton and exceeding the needs of our customers. This position reports to Dunbarton's National Sales Director and will require up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth, primarily for our Camden, Tennessee manufacturing facility
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Document, track and report on sales activities on a weekly basis
- Collaborate with internal customer service, engineering, product development and manufacturing teams to align sales strategy
- Function as the technical advisor and advocate for new products
- Incorporate Dunbarton products in architectural libraries
- Focus on collaboration with architects, design build firms, distribution, and end users
- Primary liaison for modular, manufactured housing and multifamily customers
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends for senior leadership
- Function as the customer's key point of contact for both pre- and after-sales product advice and support
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Customer Service Department to drive towards organizational sales goals
- Performs other work as directed and required
Requirements
- Five (5) or more years of professional experience in building products and/ or markets including doors, frames and hardware openings or similar experience
- Proven B2B experience
- Strong emphasis on problem solving
- Strong upselling techniques with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions and buying programs
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills which include phone calls, video calls, emails, face-to-face interactions and presentations
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Experience with CRM to document and track sales activities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
