Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Associate will support our talent acquisition efforts during a high-volume hiring period. This role will focus on sourcing and recruiting Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical roles. The Associate will effectively source candidates, conduct pre-screens, schedule interviews, and extend offers to qualified candidates.

In this role, will also respond to inquiries from team members and managers, and will assist with process improvement initiatives which enhance the company’s ability to attract and retain an exceptional workforce.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand and identify staffing needs.
  • Provide supplemental regional recruitment activity and support where needed.
  • Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and quality-improvement check-ins with hiring managers and new hires.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future positions, with a specialized focus on BCBA and RBT roles.
  • Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and telephone screens.
  • Assist in the negotiation of terms of employment and extends job offers.
  • Adhere to Cultivate policies and procedures, in addition to federal, state and local employment laws.
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 to 3 years prior experience in a full lifecycle recruiter position, or similar role, with an emphasis on recruitment strategy (ABA field preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Prior experience with UKG preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of posting on social media platforms, and other sourcing tools for candidate outreach and engagement.

Working Conditions

Physical Conditions

  • Manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination to operate office equipment (computer, copier, printer, etc.).
  • Responsibilities include mostly clerical, administrative work requiring vision and hearing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through audio and video tools accessed through various electronic devices.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time standing as well as the ability to lift items up to 25 lbs.
