Purpose

The Area Vice President is responsible for growing revenue through leading effective sales strategies that ensure quality patient care, operational efficiency, proper staffing levels, motivation and development of employees, and healthy relationships with customers and clients. Duties include monitoring the sales performance of the sales team within the assigned region, conducting data analysis and market research, and adjusting sales goals and objectives as needed to meet client and patient needs.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic vision and oversight for assigned region
  • Builds and develops a well-balanced, high-performing leadership team
  • Daily management of all sales and distribution related projects and matters
  • Achieve sales targets by successfully managing the distribution network
  • Own recruiting, training, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives, distributors, and sales agents
  • Sales & product training for the entire distribution network
  • Expanding the company’s customer base
  • Built and promote long-lasting customer relationships
  • Present realistic sales, revenue forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets, market shifts while being aware of new products and competition

  • Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company
  • Travel up to 50%-70% domestically

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related marketing or business field highly preferred
