What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners, providing reassurance, clarity, and exceptional service every time.

• Answer incoming calls and proactively reach out to homeowners with home concerns.
• Efficiently schedule, adjust, and confirm appointments with a strong focus on optimizing time for both customers and our team.
• Work to “save” cancellations by offering support, education, and solutions.
• Consistently meet — and aim to exceed — performance goals, including appointment conversions and customer satisfaction.
