Your Impact
The Aspiranet WAI Coordinator is responsible for supporting the agency’s quality improvement process , training activities, and reporting and audit compliance related to funder and governing body regulations, agency policies and procedures, and accreditation standards.
Your Skills And Duties
- Supports development, coordination, and management of wellness, assurance, and impact efforts, quality assurance and regulatory compliance functions.
- Supports environment of care review and mock surveys.
- Participates in the oversight of and updating of Aspiranet policies and procedures
- Develops, maintains and executes WAI projects.
- Monitors project deliverables and timelines, notifies WAI Director when issues arise, and takes corrective actions as needed.
- Provides periodic progress reports of current projects.
- Supports the review process of Aspiranet policies and procedures.
- Supports efforts in the development of WAI corrective plans.
- Assists in planning and implementation of agency-wide basic practice training.
- Assists in the development of curricula/curriculum, schedules, implements, and evaluates trainings to meet accreditation standards.
- Works in tandem with WAI Director to prepare the agency for The Joint Commission re-accreditation processes.
- Works with various directors and managers in the organization to obtain the necessary data, reports, and summaries to incorporate into larger quality and training quarterly and annual reports.
- Assists in maintaining the WAI SharePoint site and communicating internally with staff.
- Completes monthly report on classes delivered, and supports projects, initiatives, and/or specific program functions.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Business Administration
- A minimum of two years’ experience in quality management, compliance, quality
- assurance, quality control; including one year in a health or human service
- agency.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite including SharePoint
- Meets all state required conditions of employment as set forth by Community Care Licensing for a Licensed Community Care facility; i.e. Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical, valid CDL and clean driving record.
